Q: I have bought Folder Marker from you. I also have received an e-mail with my order details, but in this e-mail I could not find my registration key. I've spent $19.95 and cannot make the program work.

A: The point is that you have purchased set of icons (Everyday Folder Icons or Extra Folder Icons), not the Folder Marker itself. This set that can be used either with Folder Marker or without it. This standalone software product does not require a license key. Instead of it, you have received a downloadable link with your order details.
